Forever Lite Ultra - chocolate banana bread
Ingredients
2 large ripe bananas
6 medium egg whites
95g whole wheat flour
125g plain Greek yogurt
2 scoops of chocolate Forever Lite Ultra
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Optional: walnuts, chocolate chips etc.
Method
Preheat the oven to 175 C (Gas Mark 4).
Add ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Equally spoon batter into the muffin tin leaving enough room for the batter to rise slightly.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Ingredients
1 scoop Chocolate Forever Lite Ultra
1/4 cup Forever Bee Honey
1/3 cup Natural peanut butter
3 tbsp. Ground flaxseed
3 tbsp. Dark chocolate chips
Method
