From Forever Aloe Vera Gels to Forever Bee Honey, you’re probably familiar by now with the range of consumable products that Forever stocks, each with their own individual health benefits. But have you ever stopped to consider all the possible ways to use them?

We’ve started to create monthly Flavours of Forever and Shake of the Month videos for you, so that you can experience the true power of aloe in a variety of different recipes. These recipes are perfect whether you want to enjoy a healthful snack for yourself or want to introduce others to products in the Forever line up!


Flavours of Forever: Afternoon Tea

For the sandwiches, you’ll need:

4 slides of wholemeal bread

Smoked salmon

¼ cucumber

½ avocado

60ml Forever Aloe Vera Gel

A few drops of lemon juice

Handful of dill

Salt & pepper to taste


Chop the cucumber and avocado into small chunks and add to a mixing bowl. Pour in the Aloe Vera Gel, dill, lemon juice and salt and pepper and stir until combined.

Spread the mixture over 2 slices of bread, top with smoked salmon and the second slice of bread, before cutting into fingers.


For the cheese scones, you will need:

3 ¼ cups flour

2 ½ teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

Salt and pepper

¾ cup of unsalted butter

225g strong cheddar cheese

1 cup buttermilk

¼ cup Forever Bee Honey


Pre-heat your oven to 180 Celsius.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper and butter and rub them together with your fingers until the mixture forms coarse breadcrumbs.

Mix in the cheddar cheese, buttermilk and Forever Bee Honey, and keep mixing until the mixture forms a dough. Turn it out onto a clean, lightly floured surface and knead it gently. Cut the scones out with a medium cutter (about 8cm) and pop them onto a baking sheet. Glaze them with a little milk and a bit more cheese, then bake them in the oven for 15-20 mins, until golden brown.

To make the Vanilla Protein shortbread cookies, you’ll need:

¾ cup butter

2 teaspoons milk

1 ½ cups brown sugar

1 egg

1 tablespoon baking soda

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 cups flour

1 scoop Forever Lite Ultra Vanilla

Pre-heat your oven to 180 Celsius.

Beat together the butter, milk, brown sugar, egg, salt, baking soda and vanilla extract until fully combined. Add the flour and Forever Lite Ultra, and beat those until they’re fully combined.

Roll the mixture out onto a lightly floured surface until the dough is around half an inch thick. Use a medium cutter (around 8cm) to cut out the biscuits and lay them onto a baking sheet, giving each biscuit around half an inch of room between each one. Bake for 8 minutes and leave them on the tray to cool.

Shake of the Month: Let’s Hit the Peach!

250ml coconut water

100ml Aloe Peaches

1 sachet Forever Supergreens

½ cup mango chunks

1 handful of ice


Simply blend the ingredients in a blender until they reach the desired consistency – remember to make sure the Forever Supergreens is nicely mixed in and dissolved into the rest of the shake.
